Tim Hortons® Philippines to mark 2nd anniversary with more stores and more delicious food

Canada’s Iconic Coffee house Tim Hortons® recently celebrated its second anniversary in the country in a special party dubbed “Double Double: Tim Hortons® Turns Two!” Held at the Marquis Event Place, the well attended affair has become the setting where guest were made privy to the Tim Hortons® plans of further growing its presence in the country and staying true to its promise of fresh and quality coffee and food products.

The internationally known coffee house have started from modest roots in Canada and now over the years, it has found a home in seemingly every neighbourhood in some parts of the world. In the Philippines, Tim Hortons® opened its first branch in Uptown Place Mall in BGC. The company began with just 14 employees and 12 restaurant staff, and from 2016 they now have 27 restaurants with over 500 employees.

This was happily shared by Rickie Yap, Jr. president and CEO of Tim Hortons Coffee Services Philippines, “Two years since we successfully launched in the Philippine market, we continue to be overwhelmed with the positive response and the demand for more branches for Tim Hortons. We are brewing up a lot of new plans this year in answer to the requests of our customers.”

As Tim Hortons® continues to make a milestone in the Philippine market, a preview of the delectable line of new menu items the brand will be offering in the coming months were presented, these include their summer treats of Tuna Melt sandwich, Fizz Coolers, Teajitos, and Iced Capp Cream.

“We want our customers to continue to feel the warmth and welcome we give to everyone. We want to be associated with great food, great coffee, and great service. A place people will want to go back to again and again.” said Stephanie Guerrero marketing director of Tim Hortons® Philippines.

“Beyond just a store presence, we want to truly be a part of the community where we are at. Whether it is to provide delicious food and drinks, to extend a helping hand to local students, or benefit charities or organizations through major campaigns, our aim is to #MakeYourDayGood,” Guerrero added.

Tim Hortons’ 2nd year anniversary party were also made more special and they commemorate this occasion with the opening of Tim Hortons® 27th store located at the ground floor of Three ECom Centre Bayshore Ave. Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City last February 25, 2019.

Good news for those who want to be a part of Tim Hortons® as this year they are looking to hire more than 100 employees and grow its number of restaurants by the end of the year.
